RCV Performance +4-inch axle bars are heat-treated and through-hardened for strength, and four are included in both the Elite and
Dual-Sport LTS kits. Front travel is 20 inches on both versions, and
the HCR arms are either powdercoated or clear-coated raw.
Here’s the HCR rear YXZ1000R Elite arms in raw form; each piece
is fiber laser cut for precise fit and finish and Tig-welded for strength,
and CNC’d billet 4130 pivot points are heat-treated. Longer arms put
more leverage on the OEM torsion bar, which is really stiff with the
