Polaris has been setting the world on fire with its astounding RZR XP 900s, and 2013 will be another great year with the introduction of the EPS Walker Evans Racing (WER) Limited Edition (tested February 2013) and High-Output EPS Jagged X Limited Edition (tested April 2013), which is based on the XP 4s the Jagged X/Polaris team raced in
the desert all last season. Both have Walker Evans’ signature racing shocks, and the Jagged X even has beadlock rims,
making it the most race-ready, extreme-performance UTV to see production. It even has a high-output engine package to
make it accelerate like the short-wheelbase RZR XP, but is it really as fast? To find out, we took the two to the dunes, rock
crawling and to a short-course test track. Let’s roost!
Long or short wheelbase? Which RZR XP 900 LE is better?
