Vendors set up on Wednesday and work on participants’ UTVs as needed. They also had rally
specials and donated swag for the big Friday-night raffle. Friday’s dinner was $5 and included
a free raffle ticket.
Breakfast is provided every morning of the
rally, with Camp Chef doing the cooking and
then raffling off the stoves and griddles Friday
night. Pre-registration is $110, including an
event T-shirt, and people could register at the
rally for $40 per person per day.
Raffle revenue goes to local charities, and
the rally also had special recognition and
festivities for all veterans. The Friday Night
Pizza Ride crew won their fare share of
prizes this year and are already making plans
for next year.
The SxS Adventure Rally is a great way to experience Utah’s Sand Hollow State Park, which
almost borders Zion National Park. Sliplock and John’s Trail made up one of the more
technical guided rides in the red-rock formations overlooking Washington Valley.
