No doubt about it, the extreme-performance UTV war is at full throttle, and Polaris finally joins the 1000cc class with the 2014 RZR XP 1000 EPS
LE. And while it’s third to the 1-liter party, it’s certainly
not last in innovation, components, displacement or
all-out speed. Instead of a 951cc or 976cc V-twin,
the new RZR XP 1000 uses a stroked inline twin to
produce a true 999cc and claimed 107 horsepower.
While it has the turbocharged XP 900 DNA throughout,
the XP1K has the wheelbase and total travel of a
Wildcat, and power and comfort of a Maverick 1000,
plus shocks that were built for trophy trucks. Let’s
strap in and light it up!
THE LAST TO THE EXTREME-PERFORMANCE
PARTY BRINGS THE MOST!
