The High Lifter Mud Nationals invades the Mud Creek Off-Road Park near Jacksonville, Texas, every spring, and the week-long mud festival has to be seen to be believed. On the first day, the
Bad 2 ’da Bone Show and Shine and Audio Formz highlighted the
wildest lifts and loudest stereos at the main vendor area, and the rest
of the days were dedicated to getting down and dirty in the deepest
bogs in the East Texas woods. Instead of the Can-Am Mud Bog, the
2015 Mud Nationals included a first-ever ATV and UTV motocross race
in addition to the obstacle course and Polaris Mudda-Cross races.
Thursday night was the poker run, where competitors do some serious
mud bogging in search of a winning poker hand, while concerts rocked
the woods Friday and Saturday nights. In between all that, attendees
checked out the latest ATVs, UTVs and hardware at manufacturer
demo rides and on vendor row. The next celebration of all things mud
will be March 30–April 6, 2016!
