Since the introduction of the RZR 570 with its 44-horsepower, DOHC,
ProStar engine, Polaris has had
such success with the trail-width UTV that they decided
to share the wealth across
the entire line of products.
The 567cc EFI engine now
powers the Ranger 570 (tested
May 2014), Sportsman 570
(January 2014) and Sportsman
570 Touring (July 2014), and
a smaller version powers
the all-new Sportsman Ace
(May 2014). Upgrading the
Sportsman 500 and Touring
to the 570 was a great move,
so much so that we had to
find out if the 570 Touring is
actually better than the RZR
570 for general trail riding and
exploring.
